There’ll be a talk on the above theme given by Ben Meggitt, Fowlmere resident, University College London undergraduate, and president of UCL Lib Dems, on the 24th of January at Foxton Village Hall, at 7pm.  Melbourn Village College Politics Club members will also be contributing.

There’ll also be a home-made supper and dessert, a raffle, and a bar.  Tickets are £12.50; we’ll try and get more details shortly.

Further to the preceding post – Torrin tells us that in January, he’ll be starting a Young LibDems Group at Melbourn Village College. He’s the first chairman, with Aden Greenwood as membership officer. We of course wish them every success with this; anyone who’s interested in joining or helping with this can contact Torrin at tmwilkins@btinternet.com.
